To apply at Ordo Amoris, there is an initial $100 application and testing fee. This fee covers the administrative and assessment expenses.
Once a student has been admitted, a $350 registration fee will be collected. This fee is to hold a student's seat in their class, and to allow us to purchase furniture and other classroom materials.
Grammar school students (grades PreK-5) will be assessed a $400 textbook and activity fee. This fee includes the student's school supplies, spirit shirt, and field trip expenses.
Logic and Rhetoric students (6th- 12th grade) will be assessed a $500 textbook and activity fee. This fee includes the student's spirit shirt, local field trip expenses, and their personal library of books used in Humanities courses.
Tuition payments begin June 1, 2024, and will end May 1, 2025. If a student registers after June 1, 2024, the total tuition will be due over the remaining months until May 1, 2025.
Our tuition level reflects our commitment to independence from state funding and control and our desire to create a sustainable, long-term financial model for the academy.

REFERRAL INCENTIVE
It is our joy to honor the faithfulness of our returning Ordo Amoris families. With our 2024-2025 referral incentive, current families will not be charged an enrollment fee if they sponsor a new family.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because the school incurs expenses immediately upon a family’s commitment to enroll for the academic year, families are obligated to pay the full amount of tuition under the terms of the enrollment. Families may request the withdrawal of a student’s registration application prior to the student’s acceptance with no contractual obligation (apart from the non-refundable registration fee). Understanding that circumstances may change after the issuance of the acceptance letter, Ordo Amoris Classical Academy will allow a request for cancellation of the contract prior to May 31st. The request for cancellation must be submitted to the director of admissions in written form. The request will be reviewed by the board and either approved or denied. Email notification is not an acceptable form of cancellation. Contracts canceled according to this timeline will be charged a $2500 fee per student. Requests for cancellations after May 31st will not be accepted.
