While modern education seeks to train primarily for a job or a career, a classical Christian education prepares students to be excellent learners, rigorous thinkers, and effective doers.
Watch this short video that explains the distinctive features of a Classical Christian School.
Classical Christian education is an approach to learning which emphasizes biblical teachings and incorporates a teaching model from the classical education movement known as the Trivium, consisting of three parts: grammar, logic, and rhetoric.
We believe the Bible clearly instructs parents to "Bring up their children in the discipline and instruction of the Lord", (Ephesians 6:4). Our teachers operate "in loco parentis", or in the place of the parents, providing an educational service to families.
In order for our school to provide a strong classical Christian education with a co-laboring relationship with parents, we seek to serve covenantal families who pursue a godly home environment. Both of the student's parents must be active members in an evangelical Christian church.
Ordo Amoris Classical Academy's Annual Fund is the school's giving program. It is the most immediate way for family and friends to support our students. These funds directly influence a generation of students to know, love, and serve Christ.
The Annual Fund helps with the daily operation of the school, including teacher development, enrichment, and student materials.
