Why have an Annual fund?

Independent schools such as Ordo Amoris Classical Academy traditionally conduct an annual giving campaign in the fall of each year. Some schools call it the Annual Sustaining Fund. Others call it the Loyalty Fund. We simply call ours the Annual Fund. The goals for the 2023-2024 Annual Fund are: One hundred percent parent, faculty, and board participation and $50,000.

The Annual Fund is a source of supplemental revenue used to augment the operating budget and address needs that tuition cannot provide. Your participation, in the form of a tax deductible gift, is very important to us. Gifts will support every aspect of the school's mission and provide Ordo Amoris with the resources it needs to enrich the superior, Christ-centered learning environment our students deserve.

Annual funds are used for:

• Attracting and retaining the best faculty and staff
• Facilities and programs maintenance and enhancements
• Ordo Amoris' Endowment for long-term financial stability
• Fine arts and languages 
• Small class size
• Field trips, field day, and events such as Grandparent's Day.

All members of the Ordo Amoris community – parents, faculty, grandparents, board of trustees and other friends – are asked to contribute to the Annual Fund. 

  While there will be periodic appeals made for specific needs, the Annual Fund is an ongoing, annual vehicle to enhance the excellence of our Academy for which there is no other revenue source. There may be Capital Campaigns from time to time in the future which are used to address specific construction or renovation projects of a long term nature.

Ordo Amoris Classical Academy is so very thankful to the many faithful and generous supporters, parents, grandparents and friends, who choose to make financial gifts to the Academy. Their commitments help us continue to build the highest standards and to achieve an increasingly outstanding facility. To honor our contributors, Ordo Amoris Classical Academy recognizes the following giving levels in the Annual Report of Donors.

• Founder's Circle- $20,000 and above
• Heritage Circle- $10,000- $19,999
• 2023 Society- $5,000- $9,999
• Excellence Guild- $2,500- $4,999
• Academy Guild- $1,000- $2,499
• Blue and Gold Guild- $500- $999
• Educational Patrons- $1- $499

In recognition of their support for our inaugural year, all donations made to the 2023-2024 school year (ending May 31, 2024)  will be engraved on an honorary plaque to be hung in the offices of Ordo Amoris Classical Academy, and will be recognized at our Annual Ball.
