By submitting an application, parents and students confirm their commitment to
Ordo Amoris Classical Academy Statement of Faith, and to the following admissions requirements.
Parents seeking admission for their children must:
Step One: Schedule an Educational Consultation, come to an Open House, or attend a Parent Academy to learn more about Ordo Amoris Classical Academy.
Step Two: Complete the online registration form, providing personal information, contact details, and academic history. Applicants will be required to take a placement test on their age level, which may include assessments in math, language arts, and critical thinking. At this time, a non-refundable application fee will be due. Applicants will also be required to submit a pastoral reference letter from their current pastor or shepherding elder (youth pastors and children’s pastors will be accepted).
Step Three: Submit transcripts from the most recent school attended, including report cards and standardized test scores.
Step Four: Pay the non-refundable application fee of $100, which can be done online through the school's website.
Ordo Amoris Classical Academy does not discriminate based on race, color, and national or ethnic origin with regard to enrollment.
Step One: Academic Evaluation
All applicants undergo an academic evaluation. This includes a review of their transcripts and records from their previous school.
Step Two: Placement Testing
Applicants are required to take a placement test on their age level, which may include assessments in math, language arts, and critical thinking. Test scores are used to assess academic readiness.
Step Three: Pastoral Reference
Applicants are required to submit a pastoral reference letter from their current pastor or shepherding elder (youth pastors and children’s pastors will be accepted.
Step Four: Interview
Families are required interview with school administration. The interview assesses the family’s alignment with the school's values.
Step Five: Final Review and Selection
The admissions committee conducts a final review of all application materials, considering academic performance, test scores, interview results, and the pastoral reference. Admissions decisions are made based on this holistic evaluation.
